There are often questions in the forum about fitting FG parts to Carson cars.
Hobbythek have a chart on their website that details what is identical, what will fit even though it looks a little different or you have to use a whole sub assembly (such as the front upper & lower arms; the arms are different but you can swap in an entire front axle, bulkheads and all), and which parts won't fit at all (and why).

It's an invaluable reference for any Carson owner.

There is an English version somewhere on the Hobbythek website but I can't find it any more however this one below is a babelfish online translation of the German chart

Because it's an online translation it's not perfect but some stuff is obvious, "Tank complete with exhaust" for example, is a tank with a breather, not a fuel tank and exhaust pipe! other stuff you can google for the part number if you can't work enough of it out. "Zahnrad" is gear wheel, "achse" is axle.

If anybody else finds the English version of this chart on the Hobbythek website please feel free to add it below, or if I find it I'll edit this post.
